由文化部振兴京剧指导委员会、中央电视台、中央人民广播电台、中国京剧艺术基金会主办的“梅兰芳金奖大赛”于8月份开始初选、复选参加决赛的生角演员。此次大赛采用个人申请、单位申报、主管部门推荐的方法,经由组委会聘请的艺术评审委员会评选,产生正式参加决赛的演员。据悉,大赛的艺术评审委员会如果有三分之一以上委员提名,亦可直接向组委会推荐参赛演员。参赛演员要求在55岁以下,均为在全国性的评选活动中获过奖的或国家一、二级,省级尖子演员。
The “Mei Lanfang Gold Prize Contest” sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and revitalizing the Beijing Opera Steering Committee, CCTV, the Central People’s Broadcasting Station and the China Peking Opera Arts Foundation started the primaries in August to elect the livelier actors who participated in the finals. The contest uses individual applications, the unit to declare the method recommended by the competent department, selected by the artistic jury commissioned by the organizing committee, resulting in the official participation of the finalist. It is reported that the art competition review committee if more than one-third of members nominated, but also directly recommended to the organizing committee participating actors. Contestants are required to be below 55 years of age, all of whom have won prizes in national judging activities or first-, second-class and provincial-level top nationalities.
