为提高OGFC防水黏结层的黏结效果,研究不同外界因素对防水黏结层的影响。对改性稀浆封层作为防水黏结层进行了配合比设计,设计了拉拔试验、剪切试验、扭转剪切试验,分别研究防水黏结层的黏结强度、剪切强度、扭转剪切强度和扭转剪切角,研究了试验温度、浸水、冻融循环等对防水黏结层的强度影响。结果表明:偏粗型的稀浆混合料由于与OGFC的接触面积较大,各项性能优于偏细型的;扭转剪切试验比直接剪切试验更适合评价黏结层的黏结效果;外界条件改变后,改性稀浆封层作为OGFC的防水黏结层各项性能将相继发生改变。
In order to improve the bonding effect of OGFC waterproof adhesive layer, the influence of different external factors on waterproof adhesive layer was studied. The modified slurry seal was designed as a water-repellent adhesive layer. The drawing test, shear test and torsion shear test were designed. The bond strength, shear strength, torsional shear strength, The shear angle was reversed, and the influence of test temperature, immersion and freeze-thaw cycles on the strength of waterproof adhesive layer was studied. The results show that the thicker slurry mixture has better performance than the thinner one due to the larger contact area with OGFC. The torsional shear test is more suitable than the direct shear test to evaluate the bonding effect of the adhesive layer.
