生产預应力軌枕、矿井支架等水泥制品,一般用蒸汽养护以加速混凝土硬化,但养护期仍占总生产周期的80%以上。养护期长,就要占用大批鋼模,影响产品成本的提高。我們的試驗研究証明,采用快速蒸汽养护,制品在85~100℃蒸汽养护6~8小时,强度即可达到250~350kg/cm~2,28天强度达450~550kg/cm~2,其他性能均符合要求,比用一般蒸汽养护,可縮短养护期1/2~2/3。根据我們的試驗研究,采用快速蒸汽养护,必須注意如下几点: (1) 构件断面不要过大,而受热面要大,采用的模型导热性能要好,以便混凝土构件受热后在較短时間內能达到规定的最高蒸汽溫度。
The production of cement products such as prestressed sleepers and mine stands is generally cured with steam to accelerate the hardening of the concrete, but the curing period still accounts for more than 80% of the total production cycle. Long maintenance period will occupy a large number of steel molds, affecting the increase in product costs. Our experimental study has proved that using rapid steam curing, the product can be steam cured at 85 to 100°C for 6 to 8 hours, and the strength can reach 250 to 350 kg/cm~2, and the strength in 28 days can reach 450 to 550 kg/cm~2. Other properties All meet the requirements, than the use of general steam curing, can shorten the maintenance period of 1/2 ~ 2/3. According to our experimental research and using rapid steam curing, the following points must be noted: (1) The section of the member should not be too large, but the heating surface should be large, and the thermal conductivity of the model used should be better, so that the concrete member can be heated in a relatively short period of time. The specified maximum steam temperature can be achieved.
