一、概况贵州体育馆主体建筑——比赛馆是一座外形复杂,前高后低的大跨度建筑,占地面积为5609m~2,建筑面积为10178m~2,可容纳5448人座。屋面由54m跨、倒三角变截面立体桁架承载,桁架共11榀,单榀最重达15t。比赛馆前面是地下停车库,左侧是接待楼群,右侧是练习馆,馆后左侧是待平小山头,馆后右侧是11榀桁架的制作现场和总拼装台(见图1)。二、方案选择和风险性预测根据现场实际情况、工期要求、质量要求、吊装安全性、现有设备能力、经济性以及“挖、革、改”精神等七个方面的因素,
