医院绩效工资的分配是医院管理工作中的重要内容,关乎着医院所有员工的切身利益。合理的分配制度对于提升员工工作效率,实现医院整体战略目标具有重要意义。建立和实施正确的绩效工资分配导向性制度,能够使医院员工充分掌控工作重点,减少内部争议,有助于实现医院的可持续、健康发展。本文就医院绩效工资导向性制度的建立进行了研究思考。
The distribution of hospital performance salary is an important part of the hospital management work, and it concerns the vital interests of all staff in the hospital. Reasonable distribution system is of great significance to improving staff’s work efficiency and realizing the hospital’s overall strategic goal. The establishment and implementation of a correct performance-based payroll-oriented system enables hospital staff to fully control their work priorities, reduce internal disputes and contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of the hospital. This paper studies the establishment of hospital performance-based salary-oriented system.
