本文采用文献资料法、专家问卷调查法、层次分析法、测试法、数理统计法,以我院足球专项教师为调查对象,对我院08级足球专项学生体能训练课程达标考核评价指标、各指标所占权重进行调查与研究。结果表明,我院足球专项学生体能训练课程达标考核评价指标为:30m跑、5-1015m折返跑、20m绕杆跑、(女)800/(男)1500m、立定三级跳、俯卧肘撑;各指标所占权重:0.25、0.10、0.11、0.19、0.22、0.13,并以我院08级足球专项的学生为测试对象,根据足球专项学生体能训练课程评价指标的测试结果,对我院08级足球专项学生的体能训练课程达标考核评价标准进行了探讨,希望通过本文的研究为我院足球专项学生体能训练课程的达标考核评价提供借鉴。进而为我院体能训练课程的发展提供参考。
