Objective To investigate the effect of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects on the blood prostaglandin levels in mice induced by acetic acid and mixed bacteria. Methods Mice were randomly divided into four groups: intraperitoneal injection of 0.6% glacial acetic acid, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus mixed bacteria, replicating mouse pain model and acute bacterial infection model. The effect of prime content. Results Dan Sha Chong granules on glacial acetic acid-induced pain in mice and mice caused by mixed bacteria inflammation caused by elevated blood PGE was significantly inhibited. Conclusion Inhibition of PG synthesis is one of the mechanisms of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Dan-shao granule.
