2013年5月,我参加了油田公司工会在中国劳动关系学院举办的为期十天的工会干部培训班。总体感受是:长知识、知责任。长知识,就是通过专家教授的教学,自己学习到了很多有关工会工作的专业知识,可以说受益匪浅。过去工作闲暇时也在办公室学习一些专业知识,但没有像此次培训这样,集中系统地学习这么多丰富的内容。知责任,就是通过此次学习培训,我深感作为一名新时期工会工作者,肩上的责任很重。员工群众需要我们,企业发展需要我们,创建百年油田需要我们,各级工
In May 2013, I attended a ten-day union training course organized by the Oilfield Company Trade Union at China Institute of Industrial Relations. The overall feeling is: long knowledge, knowledge of responsibility. Long knowledge means that we learned a lot about the professional work of trade unions through the teaching of experts and professors and can be very helpful. I used to spend some time in my office studying some professional knowledge, but I did not have such a training to focus on such a rich and systematic content.
