The implementation of universal health care plans for 60 million Americans who cannot afford health insurance benefits each year is increasingly attracting public and health care providers. This article discusses the different characteristics of the various types of personnel included in this plan, the reasons why certain important officials have become supporters of the minimum insurance funding program, and the sources of funds for implementing the universal health plan. The conclusion is that the implementation of this plan in the near future is getting more extensive support. The great resistance to the implementation of this plan is how to determine the qualifications of personnel and the specific funding of projects, the cost and administration of new machinery, and the country’s increased funding for health care services. The conclusion of this paper is that the adoption of the universal health care plan is necessary and increasingly important. This step will provide people with more time to discuss whether or when the United States is prepared to eventually establish a source of funds that is specific and uniformly managed.
