我們使用人工粒浮法处理湖南某兩个矿山磁选尾矿中的白鎢。級过兩年的摸索改进生产已达到稳定正常,所产白鎢精矿含WO_3 65%以上,Sn 1.5%以下,并且有时可直接达到二級品标准(含硫在0.8％以下)。尤其是1957年第3季度改进了技术后,原来需要反复精浮十多次,现在只要浮一两次卽可以得出合格产品。在这取得成績的基础上,生产組長金安用同志苦心鑽研技术,提出采用肥皀代替菜油粒浮白鎢的建議。这建議经多次試驗研究,效果很好,使产量、質量都有提高,并且能降低成本,现已正式投入生产。现將生产试验的技术操作条件和方法介紹于下。
