目的研究周围型肺癌增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达与CT表现的关系。方法运用SP免疫组化法,检测63例经病理证实的周围型肺癌组织中PCNA的表达,并回顾性分析其与术前CT征象间的关系。结果PCNA表达与瘤体大小、深分叶征、空洞、胸膜凹陷征、纵隔淋巴结转移有关,与毛刺征无关。结论周围型肺癌PCNA表达与CT征象的相关性研究,可为阐明周围型肺癌CT表现的分子机理及临床评价和治疗周围型肺癌提供有价值信息
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and CT findings in peripheral lung cancer. Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of PCNA in 63 cases of peripheral lung cancer confirmed by pathology. The relationship between PCNA and preoperative CT signs was retrospectively analyzed. Results The expression of PCNA was related to tumor size, deep lobulation, voids, pleural indentation and mediastinal lymph node metastasis, but not to burr sign. Conclusions The correlation between PCNA expression and CT findings in peripheral lung cancer may provide valuable information for elucidating the molecular mechanism and clinical evaluation of CT findings in peripheral lung cancer and in treating peripheral lung cancer
