2015年6月2日,由中国化学工程第四建设有限公司承建的乌兰煤炭集团有限公司年产135万t合成氨、240万t尿素项目一期工程土建全面开工。该项目一期规模为年产70万t合成氨、120万t尿素,是目前世界单体最大的尿素工程。该项目位于内蒙古自治区兴安盟乌兰浩特市经济开发区,总投资为105.6亿元。项目利用当地及毗邻地区的褐煤为原料,采用二氧化碳汽提法尿素生产技术等国内外先进技术,选择多种节能型新工艺,使综合能耗与传统流程相比降低20%
On June 2, 2015, Ulan Coal Group Co., Ltd. contracted by China Chemical Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. No. 4 started its full-scale construction of the first phase of 1.35 million tons of synthetic ammonia and 2.4 million tons of urea. The first phase of the project with an annual output of 700,000 t synthetic ammonia, 1.2 million t urea, is the world’s largest monomer urea project. The project is located in Xing’an League Ulanhot Economic Development Zone in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region with a total investment of 10.56 billion yuan. The project uses lignite from the local and adjacent areas as raw materials and adopts advanced technologies both at home and abroad, such as carbon dioxide stripping urea production technology, and selects a variety of energy-saving new technologies to reduce comprehensive energy consumption by 20% compared with the traditional process.
