67份枇杷属种质资源遗传多样性的SSR分析

利用从枇杷上开发的SSR引物对67份枇杷属种质资源进行了遗传多样性分析.从59对引物中筛选出17对多态性较高且稳定的引物,17对引物共扩增出53条谱带,每对引物扩增2至6条谱带,平均扩增3.12条.供试材料相似系数介于0.53~1.00之间,平均多态信息含量(PIC)为0.436,平均观察等位基因数为3.118,平均有效等位基因数为2.166,平均Neis基因多样性为0.507,平均Shannon信息指数为0.821,平均观测杂合度为0.637,平均期望杂合度为0.511,表明供试材料具较丰富的遗传多样性.聚类分析表明,可将67份材料分为4类,野生品种和栽培品种在聚类结果中没有被区分开,但是绝大多数是被区分开的.栽培枇杷也没有因果肉颜色而分别聚类.此外,对野生枇杷和栽培枇杷中部分材料的分类作了探讨. The genetic diversity of 67 germplasm resources of loquat was analyzed by using SSR primers developed from loquat.From 59 pairs of primers, 17 pairs of primers with high and stable polymorphism were screened and 17 pairs of primers amplified 53 The bands were amplified from 2 to 6 bands for each pair of primers and the average amplification was 3.12.The similarity coefficients of the tested materials ranged from 0.53 to 1.00 and the average polymorphic information content (PIC) was 0.436.
