至少有十种方法可用来检测食品罐头内的真空度。本文特别介绍一种扫频式电磁场声电检测法。这种方法的原理如下;扫频式电磁场作用于罐头的罐盖而使之振动,振动的音响由一个电探头所检测。研究已经表明,罐盖的振动的自然频率与罐内的真空度有关,自然频率随真空度的升高而增加。本文论述这种方法和装置的详细结果。
There are at least ten ways to detect the degree of vacuum inside the food can. This article specifically describes a swept-frequency electromagnetic field acoustic detection method. The principle of this method is as follows; Swept frequency electromagnetic field acting on the lid of the can to make it vibrate, vibrating sound detected by an electric probe. Studies have shown that the natural frequency of the vibration of the can lid is related to the degree of vacuum in the tank and the natural frequency increases with the increase of the degree of vacuum. This article discusses the detailed results of this method and device.
