利用筛选出的5对引物,对来自菏泽的2号、8号、172号、SH4、SH7、SH9、SH10、SH15、SH17、SH18、SH22、SH25、SH26、SH28、SH31、SH32、SH37、SH39、SH48、SH49共20个柳树种质进行了AFLP分子鉴别和多态性分析研究。结果表明:5对引物共产生645条谱带,多态带542条,多态带的比例为84.03%;每对引物鉴别效率为100%。AFLP是进行鉴别亲缘关系比较近的柳树种质的有效方法。
Five pairs of primers from Heze No. 2, No. 8, No. 172, SH4, SH7, SH9, SH10, SH15, SH17, SH18, SH22, SH25, SH26, SH28, SH31, SH32, SH37, SH39 , SH48, SH49 total of 20 willow germplasm AFLP molecular identification and polymorphism analysis. The results showed that a total of 645 bands were produced by 5 pairs of primers, with 542 polymorphic bands. The percentage of polymorphic bands was 84.03%. The efficiency of each pair of primers was 100%. AFLP is an effective method for identifying willow germplasm with a relatively close genetic relationship.
