云南山区高速公路建设的迅速发展 ,改变了我省两点式的经济格局 ,促进了社会经济的发展 ,但对公路沿线的生态环境、水土保持及当地居民生活文化等方面也产生了较大影响。如何处理好两者的矛盾质 ,充分体现“以人为本”的公路设计理念 ,以达到人与自然和谐发展 ,是本文与同行探讨的主题。 The rapid development of expressway construction in mountainous areas in Yunnan Province has changed the two-point economic pattern in our province and promoted the social and economic development. However, it also had a great impact on the ecological environment, soil and water conservation and local people’s living culture along the highway . How to deal with the contradiction between the two, fully embodies the concept of “people-oriented” road design in order to achieve the harmonious development of man and nature, is the theme of this article and colleagues.
