颧弓是面部比较突出的部位,容易受到外力撞击而发生骨折,可出现颧面部塌陷畸形、复视及局部麻木等症状。本文作者用手术切开复位、内固定颧弓骨折,能很好地纠正面部塌陷,恢复对称及美观,效果满意,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料2011年1月至2013年6月,病房选择颧弓骨折伴颧面部塌陷的患者78例。其中单侧颧弓骨折62例,双侧颧弓骨折16例。其中男性70例,女性8例。年龄最大者60岁,最小者19岁。

The author of this article with surgical incision and reduction, internal fixation of zygomatic arch fracture, facial collapse can be corrected, restore symmetry and appearance, with satisfactory results, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data January 2011 to June 2013, the ward selected zygomatic arch fracture with zygomatic facial collapse in 78 patients. Including unilateral zygomatic arch fracture in 62 cases, bilateral zygomatic arch fracture in 16 cases. There were 70 males and 8 females. The oldest is 60 years old, the youngest is 19 years old.
