本文闸述了酶联测定临界值灰度区间的概念,提出了以临界值变异系数(CV)的两倍确定灰度区间的范围,在实际应用中取得良好效果,作者还提出了对落入灰度区间结果的处理原则。
In this paper, we describe the concept of determining the gray level interval of the critical value of enzyme-linked assay, and propose to determine the range of the gray interval with twice the coefficient of variation (CV) of the critical value, and achieve good results in practical application.
