Electro-electroneurography (ENoG) is a method of electrically stimulating the facial nerve stems derived from the stylomastoid foramen and recording the contraction of the orbicularis muscle by the surface electrode, based on the ratio of the amplitudes obtained for contralateral and contralateral stimuli (referred to as ENoG values) Electrophysiology diagnosis of peripheral facial paralysis. The author of 175 cases of peripheral facial paralysis in patients with onset of electrophysiology within 2 weeks after the diagnosis. ENoG uses the DISA Digital EMG System. Stimulation electrodes for the diameter of 7mm, spacing 15mm surface electrode placed in front of the tragus, the other end placed between the mandibular branch and mastoid, as close to the stylomastoid foramen. The recording electrode is one end of the silver plate electrode outside the alar wing and the other end near the nasolabial fold and mouth. Stimulate one second
