现在我公司一、二铁厂都在为稳定高炉炉温,缩小生铁含硅量偏差σsi下功夫.一铁厂5座高炉的σsi值,1980年0.165,1981年0.158,1982年0.139,1983年又进一步缩小,上半年为0.123,三季度为0.115.二铁厂4座高炉的平均σsi值也在缩小中,1982年0.215,1983年上半年0.144,三季度为0.121.公司9座300米~3级高炉的炉温稳定性如表1.看来我们在稳定炉温方面已有明显进步,但各高炉之间差距仍大,总的水平还要继续提高.1983年要求9座高炉全部进入中等水平,大部分高炉进入高等水平.
