高职院校系主任集多种角色于一身,经常处于角色冲突情境之中。本文在追溯了系、系主任的渊源和分析其角色特点的基础上,提出了应对角色冲突的一点建议。
Head of the Department of Higher Vocational Education set in a variety of roles, often in the role of conflict situations. Based on the tracing of the origin of department and department director and the analysis of the character of the department, this paper puts forward some suggestions to deal with the conflict of roles.
