目的:研究珍珠层粉水解液和锌对兔眼球结膜微循环的影响以及预防近视的机理。方法:以注射高分子右旋糖酐和羊水所致球结膜的微循环障碍为模型,探讨珍珠层粉水解液和锌对微循环的影响。结果:珍珠层粉水解液和锌能疏通微循环,增加兔眼球结膜的毛细血管交叉点数,改善注射高分子右旋糖酐或注射羊水所致的兔眼球结膜微循环障碍和阻止微循环障碍的形成。结论:珍珠层粉水解液和锌能疏通微循环,这可能与珍珠层粉的明目作用有相关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of nacre powder hydrolyzate and zinc on the microcirculation of rabbit conjunctiva and prevent myopia. Methods: The microcirculatory disturbance of the conjunctiva caused by injection of high molecular dextran and amniotic fluid was used as a model to investigate the effects of nacre powder hydrolyzate and zinc on microcirculation. RESULTS: The nacre powder hydrolyzate and zinc could clear the microcirculation, increase the number of capillaries in the conjunctiva of the rabbit eye, improve the microcirculatory disturbance of the eye conjunctiva in rabbits caused by the injection of high molecular dextran or amniotic fluid injection, and prevent the formation of microcirculatory disturbances. Conclusion: The nacre powder hydrolyzate and zinc can clear the microcirculation, which may be related to the eyesight effect of nacre powder.
