我公司承建的抚顺市化学工业公司综合办公楼,在结构标高42.700~48.700米之间设有一个高6.000米的双曲线形钢筋混凝土塔楼(见图一)。根据塔楼特点和现场施工条件,我们决定采用木楼施工。现将支模设计与施工介绍如下。一、放实样,确定支模节数该塔楼由0.9米高国柱和51米高双曲线体两部分组成,特别是双曲线体部分支模不可能一次成形,这就要求在进行模板配制前确定塔身支模的最佳节数,分节的多少将影响到塔身曲线的拟合程度和施工的难易。为了能够更接近实际,对塔楼进行了比例为1:1的放样(见图二):
The comprehensive office building of Fushun Chemical Industry Company, which was built by our company, has a hyperbolic concrete tower with a height of 6.000 meters between the structural elevations of 42.700 and 48.700 meters (see Figure 1). According to the tower characteristics and on-site construction conditions, we decided to use the construction of wooden buildings. The design and construction of the formwork are introduced as follows. First, put a solid sample and determine the number of mold sections. The tower consists of two parts, a 0.9-meter high country column and a 51-meter high hyperbolic body. In particular, the hyperbolic body branch mold cannot be formed once. This requires a determination before template preparation. The optimum number of sections and the number of sections will affect the degree of fitting of the tower curve and the ease of construction. In order to be closer to reality, a 1:1 ratio loft was applied to the tower (see Figure 2):
