学科带头人对学科发展的“带头”作用,应随科学发展出现的新特征而对其“带头”作用提出新的要求。本文基于科学社会学视域进行分析,认为学科带头人除了应具备适应“小科学”特点,面向科学共同体内部所发挥的学术领袖、组织管理、沟通协调的作用外,还应具备适应“大科学”特征,面向外部社会所应起到的扩大与外界联系、搭建学术交流平台、把握科技发展整体布局、坚持为社会服务的作用。
Subject leaders play a “lead” role in discipline development and should put forward new requirements for their “leading role” with the emergence of new features in scientific development. Based on the analysis of the field of sociology of science, this paper argues that academic leaders should have the function of adapting to “small science ” and facing the role of academic leader, organization and management, communication and coordination within the scientific community. Besides, The “big science” feature should be used by outside society to expand contacts with the outside world, build an academic exchange platform, grasp the overall layout of science and technology development, and insist on serving the society.
