目的:考察栀子与枸杞子泡饮物(BMGL)抗抑郁作用的配比。方法:雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为模型组、阳性药盐酸氟西汀(FH,10 mg·kg-1)和不同配比(1∶4,1∶2,1∶1,2∶1,4∶1)的BMGL(3 g·kg-1),连续灌胃(ig)给药7 d,1次/d,末次给药后1 h,进行开场实验(OFT)、悬尾实验(TST)、强迫游泳实验(FST)和利血平拮抗实验(RRT)测试。结果:模型组小鼠在TST,FST的不动时间分别为(85.1±21.9),(95.6±25.3)s,模型组在RRT的体温为(34.7±0.9)℃,不同配比(1∶4,1∶2,1∶1,2∶1)的BMGL(3 g·kg-1)和FH(10 mg·kg-1)均显著缩短了不动时间,显著逆转了体温降低。OFT中,模型组小鼠3 min内穿格次数为(105.6±28.3)次,各给药组与之相比均无显著差异。结论:栀子与枸杞子泡饮具有抗抑郁作用,其中栀子和枸杞子配比应在1∶4~2∶1,其作用机制可能涉及单胺能神经系统。
Objective: To investigate the antidepressant effect of Fructus Gardeniae and Fructus Lycii (BMGL). Methods: Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into model group, positive group fluoxetine hydrochloride (FH, 10 mg · kg -1) and different proportion (1: 4,1: 2,1:1,2:1, (3 g · kg -1) were given to rats in each group (4 g / kg, 4 g / kg) once a day for 7 days, once a day for 1 h after the last administration. ), Forced swimming test (FST) and reserpine antagonistic test (RRT) test. Conclusion: Fructus Gardeniae and Fructus Lycii have antidepressant effects. The ratio of Fructus Gardeniae Fructus to Fructus Lycii should be in the range of 1: 4 to 2: 1, and its mechanism of action may involve monoaminergic nervous system.
