针对施工中存在的中途坐封和密封失效问题,分析了液压封隔器管柱的下井运动和发生中途坐封及密封失效的原因,推导出了有关计算公式,进行了实例计算分析。结论为:下放管柱时的瞬时最大下放速度及制动时间影响液压封隔器的坐封和密封性能,是导致封隔器中途坐封和密封失效的主要原因。并就此提出相应的施工措施。
In view of the problem of the set-up and seal failure in the process of construction, the reason of the downhole movement of the hydraulic packer column and the failure of the set-up and seal in the middle of the packer was analyzed. The calculation formulas were deduced and the example calculation and analysis were carried out. The conclusion is that the instantaneous maximum decentralization speed and braking time during the lowering of the string affect the setting and sealing performance of the hydraulic packer, which is the main reason that the packer stops and seals in the middle. And put forward corresponding construction measures accordingly.
