本文先通过静态模拟,给出抽水蓄能电站在负荷曲线上削峰填谷的初步情况并讨论了它的几种运行模式。然后,给出网流法在调度周期上跨时段采用边际机组与边际成本概念优化运行方式的算法。最后讨论抽水蓄能电站的静动态效益的分析估算等问题。
In this paper, the static simulation is used to show the initial situation of peak load shifting in the load curve of pumped storage power plant and its several operating modes are discussed. Then, the paper gives the algorithm of network flow method to optimize the operation mode by adopting the concept of marginal unit and marginal cost in the scheduling cycle. Finally, the problems of the analysis and estimation of the static and dynamic benefits of pumped storage power station are discussed.
