连续工艺控制的任务从断续处理转到连续处理代表工业生产许多部门技术发展的一个基本趋向。下面为这个转变的实质。在断续处理工艺过程中,材料的某一部份经受随时间而变化的某些作用(例如:温度,组织,外形),其结果材料从原始的状态变成指定的状态。在连续工艺中,对要处理的材料安排了连续处理,在这个过程中材料经受了空间作用,其结果使经受处理的移动材料的每个单元在受作用的过程中得到了必要的改变。
Continuous process control tasks from the discontinuous processing to continuous processing represents a basic trend of technological development in many sectors of industrial production. The following is the essence of this transition. During the intermittent treatment process, a part of the material is subjected to certain changes over time (eg temperature, texture, shape), and as a result the material changes from the original state to the specified state. In a continuous process, the material to be treated is arranged for continuous treatment, during which the material undergoes a spatial effect, with the result that every element of the moving material subjected to the treatment is changed as necessary.
