胰头癌切除率和存活率令人担忧。二年前,本院为2例胰头部肿瘤累及门静脉肠系膜上静脉的患者,采用门静脉切除人造血管移植,使其得到根治,现报告如下。 病例报告 例1,女,60岁、右上腹肿块渐增大10月余,于1994年4月10日入院。体检:一般情况较好,巩膜无黄疸,右上腹可扪及7cm×8cm肿块,质硬,表面光滑,边界清,无压痛。肝肾功能正常。CT:肠系膜源性 The pancreatic head cancer resection rate and survival rate are worrying.
