目的:观察“接骨一号”汤剂对骨质疏松性骨折患者复位内固定术后愈合的影响。方法:按一定入组标准选择因骨质疏松性骨折就诊于浙江省舟山市中医院骨科的138名患者,按照随机对照原则将入组患者分为观察组和对照组各69例。患者入院后完善血液及生化检查,对照组单纯使用骨折复位内固定术,观察组在骨折复位内固定后使用“接骨一号”汤剂进行术后治疗。随访观察两组患者术后骨钙素、骨密度及血液生化指标,以及骨折完全愈合的时间。结果:观察组患者腰椎骨密度及中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨质疏松性骨折患者使用“接骨一号”汤剂能显著缩短术后骨折痊愈的时间。
Objective: To observe the effect of Decoction No.10 and Decoction on the healing of patients with osteoporotic fracture after reduction and internal fixation. Methods: A total of 138 patients with orthopedic osteoporotic fractures attending the orthopedics department of Zhoushan Hospital of Zhejiang Province were enrolled. According to the principle of randomized control, the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 69 cases each. The patients were admitted to hospital to improve blood and biochemical tests, the control group simply used fracture reduction and internal fixation, the observation group after fracture reduction and internal fixation using “bone number one” decoction for postoperative treatment. Follow-up observation of two groups of patients with postoperative osteocalcin, bone mineral density and blood biochemical indicators, as well as the complete healing of fractures time. Results: The lumbar BMD and neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The fracture healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Osteoporosis fracture patients using “bone number one ” decoction can significantly reduce the time after fracture healing.
