我国最大的炉外精炼设备——150t钢包保温精炼炉,经过5炉钢水的试炼,于今年5月中旬在第二重型机器厂调试成功。现已正式投产使用。 150t钢包保温精炼炉是目前我国最大的炉外精炼设备,具有七十年代末八十年代初的世界先进技术水平。其设计精炼容量为150t,最大保温精炼容量可达170t。该设备投产后,可浇注400t大型优质钢锭和500t大型优质铸钢件,可为电力、化工、冶金等工业发展提供各种急需的大型优质铸件和锻件。150t钢包保温精炼炉不仅对第二重型机器厂的上质量、上品种、上等级创造了有利条件,而且将为国家实现“七五”计划发挥重要作用。

The 150t ladle heat preservation refining furnace not only created favorable conditions for the second heavy machinery factory in terms of quality, variety and grade, but also played an important role for the country in implementing the “Seventh Five-Year Plan.”
