用HCl、HBr、HBr-HCl、H_2SO_4-NaBr作为流动相的P-350萃取色层分离岩石中痕量Ga、In和Tl的方法已有报道。本文研究了以P-350为萃取剂,聚二乙烯苯吸附树脂为担体组成固定相,以0.5MH_2SO_4-1M KI为流动相铟的萃取色层的柱行为,结果表明,该体系分离富集痕量铟效果极佳,可与大量Ga、Tl、Ge、Al、Fe、Ca、Mg、Ti、Cu、Pb、Zn、Nl、Co等定量分离,分离后衔接丁基罗丹明B比色法并应用于岩石样品中铟的测定,获得满意的结果。一主要试剂上柱液:0.5M H_2SO_4-1M KI(NaI)溶液,用10%硫代硫酸钠滴至溶液呈无色后备用。洗脱液:0.5M H_2SO_4溶液铟的标准储备溶液:10μgIn·ml~(-1),称取金属铟0.05g于小烧杯中,加入5ml H_2SO_4微热溶解,移入500ml量瓶中,用水稀至刻度,摇匀备用。
Methods of separating trace amounts of Ga, In and Tl in rocks using P-350 extraction chromatography using HCl, HBr, HBr-HCl and H 2 SO 4-NaBr as mobile phases have been reported.
