《公民道德建设实施纲要》颁布实施两年以来,我省企业高度重视企业道德建设,着力于企业道德的理论研究和实践探索,积累了不少好的经验。首先,坚持理论的指导作用。各企业针对新时期、新任务,不断赋予企业道德建设新内容、新要求。有计划、有组织、有目的地对职工进行“三个代表”重要思想的教育,进行基本理论、理想信念、职业道德基本知识、职业道德规范等教育,引导职工树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,增强遵守社会公德和职业道德的自觉性。
