脑出血是一种临床常见病、多发病,其死亡率高达30%。感染是导致脑出血患者病情加重死亡的一个重要原因,尤其是重症脑出血患者。如何预防重症脑出血患者感染是护理的重要内容和任务,是降低死亡率的重要措施。笔者对87例重症脑出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结感染原因,应用合适的方法预防、控制感染的发生,有效降低了重症脑出血患者并发感染的几率,降低了死亡率。
Intracerebral hemorrhage is a common clinical disease, frequently-occurring disease, the mortality rate as high as 30%. Infection is an important cause of death in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, especially in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage. How to prevent infection in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage is an important content of nursing and tasks, is an important measure to reduce mortality. The author retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 87 patients with severe intracerebral hemorrhage, summarized the causes of infection, applied suitable methods to prevent and control the infection, effectively reduced the incidence of complicated infection in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage, and reduced the mortality rate.
