我国正在进行经济结构调整,水利是国民经济的基础产业,如何把水利产业搞好、搞活,发挥水利工程效益是一个重要课题。水利经济是一个复杂的经济系统,其结构决定着水利经济的功能,因此,对水利行业的经济分析与结构分析,显得十分重要。笔者根据湖南省水利水电厅系统所属水库、电站等生产单位来分列部门,建立了水利水电投入产出分析模型,并提出了水利经济结构运行机制的初步想法。
China is in the process of adjusting its economic structure. Water conservancy is the basic industry of the national economy. It is an important topic on how to improve and revitalize the water conservancy industry and make full use of the benefits of water conservancy projects. Water conservancy economy is a complex economic system whose structure determines the function of water conservancy economy. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the economic and structural analysis of water conservancy sector. Based on the production units such as reservoirs and power stations owned by Hunan Provincial Department of Water Conservancy and Hydropower, the author sets up the analysis model for input-output of water conservancy and hydropower, and puts forward the preliminary idea of the operation mechanism of water conservancy and hydropower.
