校企合作模式作为现代社会学校与企业实现互赢发展的重要依托和平台得到了普遍认可。因此,在校企合作模式下商务英语专业必须抓住时机,完成专业人才的培养及就业机制的完善。当然,高校要认清商务英语专业的发展目标及就业目标,也要认清企业的人才需求。本文首先阐述了高校商务英语专业的发展及就业目标,然后论述企业的人才需求,最后针对校企合作模式提出了人才培养策略及就业途径。希望对完善人才培养模式探索就业能力起到积极作用。
School-enterprise cooperation model has been widely recognized as an important support and platform for the mutual development of schools and enterprises in modern society. Therefore, in the school-enterprise cooperation model, business English major must seize the opportunity to complete the training of professional personnel and the improvement of the employment mechanism. Of course, colleges and universities must recognize the development goals and employment goals of the Business English major, but also recognize the talent needs of the company. This article first elaborates the development of business English major in colleges and employment goals, then discusses the talent needs of enterprises, and finally puts forward the talent training strategy and employment approach for the school-enterprise cooperation model. We hope to play a positive role in improving the talent training model and exploring employability.
