三明钢铁厂3号高炉(300m~3)1996年产铁198006.606t,利用系数1.826t/(m~3.d),入炉焦比539kg/t铁,炼钢铁品种达到91.58%,铁水含Si为0.91%,创投产以来最好生产水平。 3号高炉于1977年11月开工,1985年11月建成投产,投资2274.83万元,设计能力:使用D800型风机,日产铁600t,年产铁21万t;使用D1000型风机,日产铁700t,年产铁25万t。该炉自1985年到1996年共产铁1806561.8t,1996年产铁198007t,为最高年产量,最低144727t,11年平均产量163050.25t。历年产量与入炉焦比如下。
