针对楼宇智能化工程技术专业的《电气控制与PLC应用》课程教学中遇到的学生专业基础与能力层次等多维层次差异,造成学生积极性主动性不高,课程教学质量低等问题,提出一种“生-师-生”全方位互动机制驱动的层次化课堂教学方法,该方法首先将学生按专业基础与能力层次分为三组,并设计具有不同针对性的训练项目,然后以“教师-学生”、“学生-学生”全方位互动机制驱动和组织课堂教学。教学实践表明,本文的教学方法多方位地有针对性地缩小学生层次差异,学生课堂积极性得到提高,学习动力、自信心、成就感得到增强,教学质量得到很大改善。
In view of the multi-dimensional hierarchy differences of students’ professional foundation and ability level encountered in teaching of “Electrical Control and PLC Application” in building intelligent engineering technology specialty, resulting in low initiative of students and poor teaching quality, this paper proposes a “Students - teachers - students ” full range of interactive mechanism driven by the level of classroom teaching methods, the method first students according to the professional foundation and ability level is divided into three groups and designed with different targeted training programs, and then to “Teachers - Students ”, “Students - Students ” full range of interactive mechanisms to drive and organize classroom teaching. The teaching practice shows that the teaching methods of this article can narrow down the differences of students’ levels in a multi-faceted manner, improve the enthusiasm of students in classrooms, enhance the motivation and self-confidence of learning, enhance the sense of accomplishment, and greatly improve the teaching quality.
