2004年12月先后召开的中共中央政治局会议和中央经济工作会议提出,根据我国宏观经济形势的发展变化和巩固宏观调控成果的要求,2005年要实行稳健的财政政策和货币政策,加强各项宏观调控政策措施的协调配合,合理调控总量,着力调整结构,促进经济平稳较快增长。这是党中央、国务院根据当前经济形势的新变化作出的重要决策,为2005年乃至今后几年宏观调控指明了方向。
