讨论了 PEG- ( IDA- Cu) 2 与 His发生反应形成配合物 PEG- ( IDA- Cu) 2 - ( His) n的依据及其影响因素 ,依据 PEG- ( IDA- Cu) 2 溶液中加入 His后 ,其最大吸收波长由 2 38nm红移至 2 58nm,从而表明 PEG- ( IDA- Cu) 2 与 His已结合 ,并推测为 PEG- ( IDA- Cu) 2 上的 Cu与 His咪唑基上的 N配位而致 .选择条件 p H=7.70 ,离子强度 I<1.6mol/ L,该配合物在 2 h内稳定 .该反应用于 His的检测 ,方法的线性范围为 0~ 60 μg/ m L ,相关系数 R=0 .999.
The basis and influencing factors of the reaction of PEG- (IDA-Cu) 2 with His to form the complex PEG- (IDA-Cu) 2 - (His) n were discussed. , The maximum absorption wavelength was red-shifted from 2 38 nm to 2 58 nm, indicating that PEG- (IDA-Cu) 2 has bound to His and is presumed to be a bond between Cu and His imidazole groups on PEG- (IDA- Cu) 2 N, and the complex was stable within 2 h under the conditions of p H = 7.70 and ionic strength I <1.6mol / L. The reaction was applied to the detection of His with the linear range of 0 ~ 60 μg / m L, the correlation coefficient R = 0.999.
