目的 研究铸造卡环和锻造卡环的卡抱力。 方法 采用万能材料试验机测试不同厂家铸造钴铬合金卡环、镍铬不锈钢卡环及不同直径锻造卡环变形 0 .6 mm的变形力。 结果 1.0 m m锻造卡环的卡抱力最大 (2 3.4N) ,其次是铸造钴铬合金卡环及 0 .9mm锻造卡环 (13.2~ 14.4N) , 0 .8m m锻造卡环的卡抱力略小(12 .2 N) ,铸造镍铬不锈钢卡环卡抱力最小 (11.5 N)。 结论 为了满足卡环固位的要求 ,又尽可能避免损伤基牙 ,建议采用铸造钴铬合金卡环 ;若基牙牙周条件较差 ,建议采用 0 .8mm锻制卡环
Aim To study the holding force of casting ring and forging ring. Methods The universal material testing machine was used to test the deformation of 0,8 mm deformed ring made of Co-Cr alloy, Ni-Cr stainless steel snap rings and forged rings with different diameters. Results The 1.0 mm forged snap ring had the highest grip (2 3.4 N), followed by the cast Cobalt-chromium snap ring and 0. 9 mm forged snap ring (13.2-14.4 N) and 0. 8 m m forged snap ring Slightly smaller (12.2 N), cast nickel-chrome stainless steel clasps hold the minimum (11.5 N). Conclusion In order to meet the requirements of clasp retention, as far as possible to avoid damage to the abutment, it is recommended to use cast cobalt-chromium alloy ring; if the abutment periodontal conditions are poor, it is recommended to use 0 .8mm forging ring
