由于农村能源紧张、运输不便,长期以来农村仅依靠柴草、生物质能源取暖,以最低的取暖标准过冬。因此,农民冬季取暖就成了当前急需解决的难题。为了解决这一难题,提高农民越冬的生活条件。在宝山乡、兴塔村(省农房试点村)农民住宅设计中采用了苯板添缝的复合墙体设计方案,为冬季取暖、节约能源投资、减少建房造价起到了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
