活细胞线粒体可将四氮吐盐代谢形成有色化合物,后者可用分光光度计加以检测,四氮哇盐比色(MTT)法即是利用此原理设计的一种快速比色法。该法因其快速、敏感、方便等优点,目前已广泛应用于各种恶性肿瘤的药敏试验。我们将此法应用于20例难治性急性白血病的治疗,现报道如下
Live cell mitochondria can metabolize tetrazolium salts to form colored compounds, which can be detected with a spectrophotometer. MTT method is a rapid colorimetric method designed using this principle. This method has been widely used in drug susceptibility testing of various malignant tumors due to its advantages of rapidity, sensitivity, convenience, and the like.
