我科于1983年采用红霉素、灭滴灵等药物治疗牙周疾病100例,经过16～42个月的临床观察,效果十分满意,现报告如下: 1.一般材料:凡来我科就诊患有较严重的牙周疾病之病人或因牙周病引起的牙周脓肿者均统计在内,共100例。其中牙周炎36例,牙龈炎55例,牙周脓肿2例,多发型牙周脓肿7例。男性48例,女性52例。年龄在10～62岁之间,病程1年～22年不等。多数病人接受过其他治疗方法,但疗效均不理想。 2.服药前病情:多数病人牙龈红肿,增生、牙周袋形成,溢脓、口臭,刷牙吮吸口唇出血,
