合成了meso-四(4-磺酸基-1-萘基)卟啉.用元素分析和红外光谱证明了产物的结构,以光度法测定了试剂在水溶液中的离解常数.在pH=7.0的六次甲基四胺的缓冲溶液中.痕量镉与试剂形成1:2的黄绿色配合物,λ_(max)=440nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=4.51×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1).Cd(Ⅱ)的浓度在0~0.14μg·ml~(-1)内符合比耳定律.
The meso-tetrakis (4-sulfonato-1-naphthyl) porphyrin was synthesized.The structure of the product was confirmed by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy, and the dissociation constant of the reagent in aqueous solution was determined photometrically. Hexamethylenetetramine in the buffer solution.The trace cadmium and the reagent formed a 1: 2 yellow-green complex, λ max (max) = 440nm, the apparent molar absorptivity ε = 4.51 × 10 ~ 5L · mol ~ (- 1) · cm -1 .The Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 0.14 μg · ml -1 for Cd (Ⅱ).
