本文以钦州学院为调查单位,运用文献资料、访谈、数据统计与分析等方法,对钦州学院当前体育俱乐部教师评价体系的现状进行分析研究;针对钦州学院评价体系中存在的问题提出目的变化性、标准开放性、方式科学性、分配主权比重等建议。
In this paper, Qinzhou University is taken as the investigation unit, and the methods of literature, interviews, data statistics and analysis are used to analyze the status quo of PE teacher evaluation system in Qinzhou University. In view of the problems existing in the evaluation system of Qinzhou University, Standard openness, scientific method, the proportion of sovereignty and other recommendations.
