著名儿童文学作家秦文君说:“教育应是一扇门,推开它,满是阳光和鲜花,它能给小孩子带来自信、快乐。”我们信仰的教育应当符合儿童的天性,应当让儿童的成长和发展符合其自身的需要、本能、兴趣与理想。尤其是小班教育,不只是学生数量减少的教学模式,小班的内涵,其本质是拓宽学生的活动空间;丰富课堂教学组织形式;强化积极的人际互动;关注学生的个别差异;改变教师的教学行为;培养学生的学习兴趣和创新能力。
