研究通过筛选亲本间具有多态性的SSR引物,对材料的亲本和后代进行分子鉴定,获得材料间的系谱关系。供试的23份材料通过分子鉴定得到:4份后代材料可能为伪杂种后代;1对基因型相同的姊妹系;另外确定12份后代材料可能的一个亲本材料和1份后代材料的两个可能亲本。研究结果表明,在亲本基因型纯合的情况下,采用分子标记有助于大豆育种的系谱分析与鉴定。
Through screening SSR primers with polymorphisms between parents, the molecular identification of the parents and offspring of the materials was carried out to obtain the pedigree relationship between the materials. The 23 materials tested were molecularly identified: 4 offspring could be pseudo-offspring; 1 on sibling lines of the same genotype; and two possible additional 12 possible progeny materials were identified as parent and 1 offspring Parents. The results show that, in the case of homozygous parental genotypes, the use of molecular markers contribute to the pedigree of soybean breeding and identification.
