随着医疗卫生改革的逐步深入,“承包”也由大社会逐渐进入了医疗卫生小单元。我县卫生系统的承包是从医院制剂室开始的。全县五个制剂室从1986年开始承包已经三年,这三年来各制剂室产值、利润、质量都有了明显的提高,既为单位创造了效益,也为职工改善了福利,制剂室搞承包,大有作为。
