本研究采用组织培养法,模拟临床应用管外给药法、同时给药法、治疗给药法和预防给药法四种途径共筛选151种中草药302种制剂(水提取物和95%乙醇提取物)。经初筛、复筛和细筛三步实验,共筛出47种有效药物。其中14种经细筛证实:吴公须、夏枯草、连钱草、紫苏、荆芥、石见穿、漏芦、复盆子、枇杷叶、决明、白薇,西河柳、贯众和天胡荽等均具有抗Ⅱ型单纯疱疹病毒作用的有效部位。为临床治疗单纯疱疹病毒感染性疾病提供了实验依据。
In this study, tissue culture method, simulated clinical application of extracorporeal administration, simultaneous administration, therapeutic administration and prophylactic administration were used to screen 151 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines and 302 preparations (water extract and 95% ethanol extraction. After three steps of preliminary screening, rescreening and fine screening, a total of 47 effective drugs were screened out. 14 of them were confirmed by fine screening: Wu Gongshui, Prunella vulgaris, Lian Qiancao, Perilla, Nepeta, Shijianchuan, Liaolu, Raspberry, Zhaye, Jueming, Baiwei, Xihe Liu, Guanzhong and Tianhujing and others have effective sites for the action of type II herpes simplex virus. It provides experimental basis for clinical treatment of herpes simplex virus infection.
